California Nails

"My nails originally looked good when they were done, nice shaped color powder nails. Manicure was well done! Staff isn’t friendly, but oh well. My issue is that less than 2 weeks after a fresh full set, nails are starting to lift clean off my nail. I had to go in for nail repair & it tore my natural tips off. Within two days of my nail repair, almost all of my nails are lifting and I have to go somewhere else for hopefully better results. I’ve worn color powder nails for years, and I can go for 2-3 fill ins before needing a new set. Not worth the money for me here!"

"Always treated with kindness and respect each time I have been in. I'm a frequent flyer and have 2 people who have been the best in doing my nails and pedicure, Ms. Ann and Johnny keep me upbeat with a laugh each visit without fail!! Most places choose to charge more due to the length of your nails, but I haven't had any problems with this at California Nails, so I actually don't mind if I have to wait!"

"I went to California Nails on Sunday 2/26. I appreciate that they were able to fit me in, but my nail tech drilled my nails down to the point that they were super thin. I had to ask for someone to buff my nails because there were lines drilled into my nails. Yesterday (3/1) my nail broke in half when I was getting dressed (see picture). I have only had my nails for 2 1/2 days... I will not be going back. The other workers were very kind to me, but I'm not happy that I paid money for my SNS nails to last 2 1/2 days when they typically last me 4 weeks. EDIT/UPDATE: 3/5/2023 I am ONE WEEK since getting my dipped nails at this place and one of my nails SNAPPED in half. The guy who did my nails did not put a base layer on my nails and ONLY put the dipped powder on. He should NOT be doing SNS nails. Do not let someone do this as I did. My natural nail now is down to the nail bed and it hurts SO much. Going somewhere else to get my nails done. Take this as a warning though."
