"Never a bad experience. The entire staff is friendly and kind, they create a welcome environment and really care about your time. My spouse and I have done several pedicures and I have become a regular with getting my gel manicure updated frequently. I've only done simple nail looks but have always been very very happy with the outcome! Editing to add: Even at their busiest- the techs and staff are so enjoyable and quick! I was there for their holiday party today and they were slammed- but Nancy greeted me with a hug and my tech was so sweet and quick- I was still done within a hour for my gel manicure with a design! "Another amazing experience with Anna! Showed a photo of nails I wanted and she gave me exactly what I had asked for. Got a set of SNS with tips! She is very detail oriented and will always ask you if you want any adjustments or changes throughout the manicure. The studio itself is very spacious and clean, and all the staff are kind as well. They offer all types of services, and the last few times I came I tried Gel X and Hybrid gel, and loved all those manicures. I’ve become a frequent visitor here now and never have had a bad experience."
