"This nail salon did not tell me there would be a wait, so I sat down to soak off nails before having the dip powder done as usual. After 30 minutes of waiting my nails being soaked off already, the lady comes to tell me she still has another set of nails to do for someone else. I explained I could not wait for that as she did not tell me from the beginning. She then made me pay $7 for sitting with my nails in nail polish remover and soaking off my own nails."

"Kelly got me in and out when I accidentally went to the wrong location. Her nails were smooth and haven’t given me an issue except for my regular clumsy self. I appreciate her accommodating me and given me such a good set. I’ll be back!"

"I’m not from this side of town but I was in the area. I walked in and the place does look a little run down but I gave them a chance. I asked for gel mani & pedi. I assumed I would be put in the massage chairs and get feet soaked & scrubbed like every other place but I was wrong. I got my toes done while sitting on the regular chair, very awkward way to do my nails. No scrub and no soak only painted my nails and shaped them. The lady used a filing sponge for both my feet and hands. Everything was just off but in conclusion my nails did come out really cute. Lady was nice. Would I come here again? Probably not but my experience wasn’t as bad as others that I read."

"I DO NOT recommend this place. I had a terrible experience!!.. this place is really dirty and the people are rude. They rush you to get you out of the door. I went there with my mother to get pedi and SNS. The lady doing my pedi got up in the middle of the session to "clean up the place". She grabbed the cup of water that some client left on the counter and dumped the water into my pedi bowl. The manager did my SNS nails and she made a mess (I tried to upload pictures, but It would not let me). The powder were stuck all over my nails and to clean up the mess she did, she started to file the border of my nails and cut me several times. The lady doing my mother's nails cut her multiple times as well. At the end of the services, I paid over $100, but did not leave any tip. The lady had the nerve to say "No tip?" This place is a rathole. Never coming back here."
