"I was a little leary of the waterless process before going but now I love it. Definitely seems like a much more sanitary process. This is my second time coming and I love getting my pedicures with Inger. Very detailed and my feet look better than it ever has."

"I've spent over the past week debating whether I should write a review about my experience; however, I have decided I cannot in good conscience keep quiet about my experience. First and foremost, the pedicurist was very personable and pleasant. I wish the pedicure I received was just as pleasant. I booked the Footlogix Wellness Pedicure because I am diabetic and had a previous surgery on my large toes. During the pedicure there was several times it felt extremely uncomfortable and the filing felt forceful. I should have spoken up, but I thought it may have been a more invasive pedicure than I was used to and, since this was my first dry pedicure, I thought maybe it was just the fact I was not used to dry pedicures. Within a day of getting my pedicure I noticed cuts and dried blood on my toes, particularly on my big toes (see photos). Being diabetic I was extremely concerned when it hurt to apply pressure on my toes when driving and walking. I decided to consult a doctor. The doctor, after examining my feet, noticed at least five out of ten toes had cuts and there were several filing cuts on the bottom of my feet. For the past week I have had to apply a prescribed ointment to prevent further risk of infection. My toes still have scabs in places. I am deeply concerned since the pedicure I booked was specifically for people with diabetes and foot concerns. Obviously foot care is important to diabetics and I thought I was being responsible by getting a dry pedicure and seeking a highly recommended pedicurist and salon that offers “safe” pedicures. I am upset that I have been unable to enjoy the pedicure I paid for and that my health was potentially at risk."

I have been doing my own pedicures simply out of sheer frustration of not being able to find quality, clean facility with a staff that treats you like a human and not just a dollar. She is super patient, kind, and professional. I’m not a nail tech, but I could tell the difference in the quality of the tools and products used to perform my services.
