Tanzi Nails

"As I walked into Tanzinails, I was a bit nervous about getting the services that I requested(fill-in manicure and pedicure), because this isn’t my usual nail tech. But I had a bit of hope because I had seen my coworker get her nails done and they were nice. I ended up regretting this decision half way in . I was told from the beginning that my fill-in was going to be $50. The nail tech I went to did not have the quality of a nail tech, because she constantly had to keep going over her work, with the shaping and applying the coatings. She put the acrylic on top of my cuticles and then kept going over them with the drill, which resulted in multiple of my fingers bleeding, then she kept on applying coats of nail polish without putting them under the uv machine to cure, which made my nails bulky, sticky and changed the whole shape. The manager walked in and saw my face and then had to take over, telling her she would take over repeatedly, but the lady kept coming to me asking what the problem was ignoring her manager. By the time the manager had taken over i had lost so much interest in what I originally wanted that i just told her to freestyle. The lady that did my pedicure was nice but didn’t speak any English and made my big toe bleed. The nail design is nice but its not what i walked in there wanting. Every time i look at my nails i get upset, and when i see my toes I feel like a grandma. I slightly bumped my nail on my purse and the cuticle just ripped and started bleeding. It already looks like a fill in is needed. The manager claimed to have applied a discount. But I ended up paying 140 dollars for a highly unsatisfied service. And my nail tech would’ve charged me that price to remove my nails, give me a brand new set and give me a deluxe pedicure. I regret going and I will never be going back I wish I would’ve just waited."

"Great price $75 full set ombre gel other places charge more. Excuse the paint on my hand but they did good not really best in customer could been worse service . Not exactly the square shape I like(they are huge and bulky!!) but they look good . they were the only place in the area open till 10:30 anyway the real test will be how long these nails stay fresh looking."

"This is the only place I will allow to do my nails anymore. I travel all over the country but will always come back here to get my nails done because they do it best & at a reasonable price. Plus it's the only place open late! I like to make a whole day of it & visit the spa & get my nails done. They also do waxing & have some awesome massage chairs you can relax in while you wait your turn! I highly recommend."

"Got a pedicure here yesterday and it was absolutely amazing. Mary was so kind and patient. She’s very good at what she does and gives the best foot massages. She’s experienced in acupressure and is more than willing to share her knowledge with you. Highly recommended."

"Got a pedi here while spending the day at the spa. I didn’t catch my techs name but she had to be the sweetest woman at a nail salon ever. She complimented me a lot, got me pillows without me even asking, and didn’t do things to me she knew I didn’t needed (like a callus remover). They did a great job on my sister as well. And to top it off, they are really well priced compared to salons I’ve been to before. If you come, I’d recommend either doing gel if you’re at the spa or end your day here with normal polish. Keep in mind, the spa is 24-7 not the other areas."
