"Avoid Cindy at all costs. My nails didn't last a day with her. I am not making this up. Her co-worker laughed at her work and the manager *Tina* shook her head in disbelief. If I do return to Nation Nails, I will NOT have Cindy service me. The only reason why I would consider returning is because the manager *Tina* did a great job correcting Cindy's mistakes. I had to get all my nails redone due to Cindy's inability to apply gel-polish. I had no designs. There's no excuse for Cindy's lack of skills with painting and shaping nails."

"I’ve been coming here for years but this is the last time. The last FEW times were hit or miss which I HATE anyway because it shouldn’t be like that. But this time I can’t excuse, the lady who did my nails was horrible. They’re bulky and uneven. Even the way she did my eyebrows was bad. They need to hire better staff so you’re not scared every time you go in if your nails are going to turn out right."

"I had eyebrows, manicure and pedicure done. Pedicure and eyebrows were great!! I ended up paying $130 total including the tips I paid to each worker who delivered each service. Buttttttt one of my nails broke within 3 days. When I came back to have the one repaired, I was told to wait in which now totals in time of 58 minutes. I asked who was over the shop and if someone else could complete the service because the person who did was with another customer which is understandable. No one would answer as to who was the owner or manager at the time. Each only stated they did not know…. She proceeded to tell me to come back tomorrow in which I could not because of my trip the next day. For one nail I’m still waiting. Very disappointing experience especially when a customer pays this kind of money and also tips!! When she finally got to me she cut up my cuticle and I was bleeding. I did not get the nail painted because it was almost as if she was mad she had to correct it and took it out on my hands. I had to get up and walk out with my hand incomplete. Pictures attached"

"My nails are very sloppy. I’m extremely upset, it seemed like it was her first time doing French tip i had to ask multiple times to keep fixing it and she never did it right just slopped a bunch of paint on. The French tips are all uneven and my nails aren’t even uniform. I will never come back here again, i feel scammed. Not worth $55 at all."
