"Love this nail salon my nails are always on point. I've been going here for a few yrs now and I have yet to be disappointed. They do what you ask them for and I've have several techs do my nails they are all great. I never have any problems with mt nails they last up to 5 weeks without out breaking. Great customer service. Relaxing atmosphere and very clean. Thank you to Mark who done my nails and Tran who did my pedicure today."

"I am honestly traumatized after coming to this salon and I will never come here again. I came in wanting a gel French pedicure & a removal of the acrylic manicure set I had on but then Sher convinced me to do a Gel-X set. When she began to remove my existing set, she took another acrylic nail tip and began to lodge it into the space between my nail and the acrylic. That method of removing acrylics is extremely damaging, so I immediately asked her to soak my nails off the proper way instead. That should have been my first sign to not allow her to do my nails but I didn’t realize what was about to ensue. The Gel-X application process burns the nail bed so badly and I truly regret agreeing to do it. The UV light burned my nail bed. I think that the UV lamp that they use is too strong or maybe she needs to brush up on her application technique. Looking at the attached photos, it is clear that the normal free edge of my nails have been damaged and pushed back, especially my pinkies. My nails were 100% healthy prior to coming to this salon. Furthermore, I was charged $5 for shape and $5 for length on top of the service which starts at $60. Why are you charging me extra when you are simply attaching the preformed nail tip to my nail bed and no shaping was involved?!!? Also the nail polish application is messy around the cuticle — simply put, these are not $95 nails. I was shocked when I got to the register and saw that my total was $160. I complained about the various charges (namely #5 & #7 on the receipt) & the gentleman at the front desk only gave me a 5% discount so I still paid $152. I literally sat in my car for an hour afterwards crying because I felt like I wasted my money & my nails were hurting. After leaving, I wrote this review and contacted the salon owner Tee via email and she promptly responded and agreed to refund what I paid for the manicure. I went back the next day and had the gel-x tips removed but it wasn’t done completely, part of the nail form is still attached to my nail. I also don’t appreciate the apathetic and uncaring attitude of the gentleman when I told and showed him that the service caused damage to my nail bed. He insisted that *I* am sensitive to the products used and that no other clients have had that issue. I wish I had received a total refund because this whole experience has been a nightmare and now it will take several months for my nails to grow out to their previous healthy condition. Thy did my pedicure and while the spa portion was satisfactory, the shaping of my toenails is horrendous— nowhere near “square” and she could not properly draw a French tip so after seeing her struggle for a while, I opted for a solid light pink. Somehow my pedicure still turned out very messy and these pictures were taken immediately after in the parking lot. I was extremely displeased after my visit. I don’t mind paying for quality services but the service provided was not up to my standards. I do however appreciate the salon owner Tee for kindly and quickly getting back to me. Please beware of this nail salon if you care about the health of your nails. And definitely do not get Gel-X nails. I highly regret coming here but I will never return."

"Courtney and David are AMAZING!! I am very picky and particular about my nails and I had nothing to say! They were so clean and precise. It was relaxing and enjoyable. I asked for an addition near the end and Courtney rolled with it no problem. They look even better in the sun and sand"
