"My go-to salon is Lush in Atlantic Station. However, one day back in December, I was strolling by Colony when I realized I could use a pedi. So I decided to give this Lush location a try. "I have been going to this nail shop for two years. The last few times I’ve gone I have received terrible service. One time I asked for a fil-in with gel polish. By the time I left the shop and made it back home, my nails were peeling terribly. See pic. Today I went to this nail shop and I wanted American ombré. I have always gotten American ombré - whether my nails were short or long. This is the result of my request - see pics. The nail tech did not administer the nail design the normal way - wherein you use acrylic powder. Instead, he thought that he would use white-tip nail polish and a makeup blender. I started to stop him during the process, but I thought I would give him a chance , thinking he may know something that I don’t know. I should have stopped him! He did a terrible job. The design is not ombre at all, it is very hacked and the polish is very transparent on my nail bed. I could not stay to allow him to fix it so I proceeded to the front to pay for my nails. They had the audacity to try to charge me $70 for this. I refused to pay $70 for this screwup and they would only take it down to $50. I have been a faithful customer of this shop. Stevie Wonder himself could see the mistakes that were made on my nails. I definitely will not be returning to this overpriced, rookie nail shop. If you are going to charge Buckhead prices for your services, then you need to provide Buckhead services!!!!!!!"

"A year ago I had the worst experience at this place. For some reason my review was posted on the location ant Atlantic Station (which is not fair because I LOVE that place), so I’m posting for the right location again at Colony Square. So sad sharing this but I need to. Not my first time at this place and not the first time that I had left frustrated. I always come back to give another chance and try with someone else. But terrible service provided today, so disappointed! I had manicure (SNS + Manicure) and Pedicure (Gel). Although the lady was nice and so delicate on pedicure, I thought it was perfect but after arriving home, I’ve noticed that there were parts of some nails missing polish, also she didn’t trim the inside edges of big toe. Manicure was even worst! She didn’t even clean the smudged Polish on fingers, missing Polish in almost every nail as well. Besides that, always gossiping in their primary language about my wedding ring. She even called a few other employees to check on it (that’s why I know they were talking about the ring). Before leaving I showed Tony, he offered help, he was nice and gave me 10% off for next time. I thought that wasn’t necessary but needed to come back and asked if was possible to have someone cleaning the smudged Polish on fingers. I always make sure to appreciate with tip for a good service, I gave 20% but regretted at the same minute that I left. Spent almost $145 for a bad service. Even though I have 10% off for next time, I won’t be back for sure."
