"I have frequent this nail bar quite often, but today was horrible. First, there were too people working on my pedicure which was unacceptable for some relaxation. Then someone started on my nails and after about 45 minutes on my nails, she begins speaking in another language about my nail acrylic not trying; it was a horrible experience. The manager was extremely unprofessional and proceeded to go back and forth with tons of attitude. I’ve gone there many times and my acrylic always dries. The experience wasn’t too bad, however the managers attitude was completely unacceptable towards a customer. I’ll take my money to another establishment that speaks to clients with respect."

Also they are not affiliated with any other Pavilion nails location so you must come here for the star treatment. "I came to this nail salon today for the first time because I was in the area and didn’t have time to drive to my usual spot. I asked for SNS (almond shaped) along with a pedicure. No issues with the pedicure. It was my manicure that I had so many issues with. For starters, multiple nails still have the red color all around them. They look unkept and unclean with the red bleeding out to the sides of my cuticles and fingers. Some of the clear polish (not sure what it’s called) can be seen on the sides of multiple fingers. Worst of all, the electrical tool they use to shave down the nail bed, she cut me with it multiple times on 3 different fingers! OUCH! I couldn’t bend one of my fingers because it was that painful. I can’t put my fingers in water right now because it just stings so badly for me. I even said ouch to her and she just said my nail bed is too close to my skin….. what?? So it’s my fault I got cut with your tool? Lol that’s absurd. The ends of the nail beds aren’t even fully coated in SNS. i mean overall just very very sloppy. I got seated pretty quickly. Which was great but then the waiting part was the longest. I waited for over 45 minutes and they weren’t even that busy to justify waiting that long. Like I said, just a very sloppy job and I get my nails done A LOT and this was not quality work at all. Also if you compare my two thumbs, one is okay looking and the right thumb looks so uneven in the SNS powder coating and shaving. Ugh so so disappointed. I won’t be going back."

"When I moved to GA, I spent many weekends trying nail salons, but once I found Pavilion Nail Lounge, I stopped looking. The moment you walk in Tom the manager makes you feel like family. He has the best customer service I have ever seen. Lily does my SNS dip (seen in picture) and does a beautiful job every time, on top of that she is a joy to talk to. Lily has become an amazing friend to me. Mi does my mothers SNS dip/pedicures and my mom always says "this is the best quality job I have had". Sammy/Mia does my signature pedicures and their massages are so amazing they put me to sleep. Without a doubt I recommend this place to everyone, not to mention their booking scheduling online is extremely easy!"
