"I have been going to Dore nails for 2 years. As a very loyal customer I kept coming back. I have spent a lot of money there. The day after getting my acrylic gel nails done by Minnie they 4 chipped. She knowingly used a bad gel polish that she knows chips. She didn’t tell me until I came back that the nail polish chips. After Minnie redid all of my nails she charged me again. She lied and said that she told me upfront that I have to pay. The other nails were inevitably going to chip. I told them that they were going to lose a loyal customer and they didn’t care. I will no longer go back to the salon for their services."
