"Absolutely terrible!! My first payment come up due a few days before my 13 year old child was killed in a car wreck and was told about it and still they didn’t care and wanted there payment and bugged my family about it. As well as gave me a late payment when every bit of money I had it had to go to my child’s funeral and didn’t have any money left until I was able to go back to work which if anyone knows or has kids would it’s hard to move on and have no respect for this office"
