"I’ve been going to them for so long since I’ve moved to Atlanta. One of the only places that does GELX correctly! Ask for Stacy! She’s the best! I walk in and it feels like a family - we talk about any and everything or sometimes just sit in silence if the mood depends. Stacy listens to my nail ideas and gives me the best treatment! I’ve even gone across the street and ran right back to serenity! Go here!"

"I wish I would have read the recent reviews about their RUDENESS before I wasted my time to come here. The OWNER just put me out literally & left my nails UNFINISHED. Because I informed them of how I like my pedicure to be. Communication is everything & customer service is imperative. He was angry & very rude when I informed the pedicurist that I like my cuticles to be pushed back WHICH he did not do. He told me they can’t service me because I am complaining. If I am spending my money & informing you on something I see you doing wrong that is not complaining. Me & the nail tech were having a great conversation & I didn’t say anything to her about my fill in she was doing. He even made her stop doing my nails & put me out. So my nails are unfinished and were done prior to my arrival. At least good enough to go to the party I’m attending. Now all my polish is removed, and nails have been drilled without the fill in being started. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The owner is beyond RUDE! Just as the reviews reflect. You shouldn’t have a business if PAYING CUSTOMERS can’t inform you on what they like. Your customer service skills are extremely poor & you’re extremely rude."

"My partner went to go get her nails done. She communicated to her nail technician that she wanted to get acrylic manicure rather than SNS. Her technician was extremely rude and was continuously complaining as to why she would get something that “no one gets”. He continuously complained about her decision and even questioned whether what she wanted was because of “money”. He was talking about her decision throughout her service until he got up and passed her to another technician. Her other technician was very sweet. But unfortunately, her experience was dampened by the lack of hospitality and professionalism from her initial nail technician. Extremely disappointed with the customer service from this technician. I believe that anyone who walks into this establishments door should be treated with respect. Customers are entering this salon to feel confident, not to be shamed for their decisions and wishes.
