"So disappointed that my nails haven't lived up to this salon's reputation. The guy who did my nails was rude and the nails chipped the day after! The first time I went the manager wasn't there and he had a massive attitude. 1. I told him not to file my nails down short then he did. 2. When I told him the shape wasn't what I was looking for, he laughed at me and told me I was wrong. 3. He buffed them to the point one nail almost bent back 4. When I asked him to please be more gentil.. he told me I was wrong and buffing doesn't make your nails thinner (it does and you can google it) 5. When my nails chipped and I had to go back he then asked me what I do for work and implied that since I have a desk job I must have typed so much they chipped! If I ever go back I will avoid that guy at all costs. Horrible experience for a 75$ manicure And now round II the nail polish chipped again! There list be something wrong with their nail polish because this is insane."

I usually get nervous about speaking up during services, but my nail tech made it so easy to work with. She made sure she understood what I wanted every step of the way and executed everything perfectly. She was so inviting and warm. I’ve never been happier at a nail appointment!"
