"I Literally just left here from getting fingerprints and the lady working was extremely and consistently rude ( rolling eyes when I asked questions, being passive aggressive, attitude) and I even pointed it out where she then apologized. She still continued to act rude and like I was an inconvenience. She literally said “we can sit here all day I can’t control the machines” whenever the machines wouldn’t take my fingerprints which I understand and also as someone who has worked in customer service I would have never said/done the things she did. I don’t usually leave reviews but the fact I was given such a big attitude and I even brought it up to her and she continued is just insane to me."

"I went here recently to get fingerprinted for my employer. I never leave reviews but the lady that did it is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life and I’m almost 40. It’s shocking that she has not been fired. She needs to have a job where she is hidden and does not have to talk to anyone. I understand people go through personal things but even then that is no excuse and you don’t have to be a total jerk and still need to be a decent human being and be kind or at the least not rude which isn’t too much to ask. Maybe she’ll see this and reflect on her ways and change. If not, she needs to be fired because she shouldn’t be working with the public."

"Went in today to ask about a finger print and background check for a state NCLEX nursing test. I did not mind having to make an appointment, but the lady made a big deal that I did not call ahead. I also did not mind having to come back another day or another time. However, she did let me go ahead and proceed to do the fingerprint, but she was very rude about it."
