"I have been going to Diva Nails for over 4 years, and this is the first time I have went to get my nails done and been over charged based on their proce sheet. And they refuse to acknowledge it and refund my money, I don't know if it is under new ownership or not but the service has changed also. I will have to find me a new nail salon and I advice people to check your pricing. They seem to want to charge you whatever they choose. I use to love this salon , but I will not be ripped off"

"Been going here for awhile and always had a good experience and got exactly what I’ve wanted. Until I went in to get 2 of my nails fixed on a set that had been done there, and they told they weren’t able to fix them bc they didn’t have anyone who could do the design. Then proceeded to look at my nails and push on the tips of the till they started popping off and they told me I’d just have to get a new set which I was fine with. But it was obvious the lady didn’t want to do my nails and once she started she didn’t ask me anything on how I’d like them then proceed to rush them, was very aggressive, and was just doing what she wanted. And when I did tell her I didn’t like smth she’d catch an addititude with me. It was like all she wanted to do was get it over with and me out the chair."

"Loved that Lynn helped me w my nail design and worked with me and made suggestions to get something fun for Christmas . Im indecisive about colors ... navy? Pink? Green? It was my first time with Lynn and I will definitely be requesting her for future appointments."

"Today was my first time visiting Diva Nails. This place was referred by a friend. I was completely satisfied with the prompt, professional service. Very welcoming atmosphere. Lynn did an Awesome job on nails, and Kim was Amazing on pedicure. I totally recommend this place."

"I went in to get a gel polish change for both my hands and toes and one nail needed an overlay. I wasn’t greeted until I walked to the counter. I told the guy what I wanted and he tried to convince me that I needed a fill in, but I insisted on polish change only. He was asking the ladies who weren’t busy to do my service and no one budged. The lady finally came out of the back room and started my service. During the beginning she’d asked me what color I said black, but I recanted and told her I wanted to see the gel panel before I just choose my go to. Why did this lady not only rush me to paint my nails black, but she didn’t even give me a chance to choose another color. I said ok cool no trip since nothing caught my eye anyway. Then started rushing my coats and having me remove my hands at 20 seconds! I’ve been getting gel almost 20 years and not once have I cured in 20 seconds! I touched one of my nails and showed her it hadn’t cured fully and she got mad! After that I knew I wasn’t gonna get my toes polished so I told her I was good on that. I get to the counter to check out and my total is $45! I’m like uh uh for what?! The guy is like your toes so yeah, while holding his hand out for my payment. I politely went behind the counter and showed him my toes weren’t done and she laughed as if they knew they tried to get over on me. I definitely wasn’t leaving her a tip for rushed caky nails. I’m so over this visit and won’t be returning. See pics. I’m only giving two stars for the convenience of opening on Sunday."
