"Leaving after a subpar experience where I paid for a manicure and gel pedicure. The lady giving me the manicure filed my nails down for a gel manicure (not what I ordered). I told her it was a regular manicure so she quickly painted my nails and left polish all over my finger and did nothing other than paint my nails and trim my cuticles. I could have done an equivalent job at home. The older man giving the gel pedicure didn’t speak nor offer any upgrades to the service. I got a 2 minute leg rub. They walked off after finishing without saying a word. When I got up to pay, they ignored me and let someone else check me out. Definitely not a good experience and nothing left no desire for a return visit. I have been here many times over the years (last experience was not good as well) and will take my business elsewhere in the future."
