"I went to this salon. I walked in and waited for 30 minutes. Then, a lady who walked in and got the service ahead of me and others. The nail tech was about to start my nails and the owner shouted to her and told her to do the other lady. The owner was rude and she's not friendly to customers especially to Asian customers."

"I thought I didn't like SNS until Wendy did my nails. She was wonderful! Will definitely be back to see her again."

"I usually see Wendy but both days I called she was off. The tech that did my toes was no where near as good as Wendy. I left feeling ripped off! No caulus treatment no nothing. She didn't even dry my toes with the dryer I had to sit uncomfortable for 30 minutes! And they were gel nails!! I thought this is why we pay extra so we can dry fast and leave. Very disappointed and I'm a $20-50 tipper!"

"They are always so friendly when customers walk in and do a great job. My only complaint would be that I never see them pull out sanitized equipment from packaged bags. This is a concern for me."

"My mother and I both had manicure at Superb Nails this past weekend. This was easily the worst service I have ever had. The technician did not fully remove my old gel polish and painted over the specs that were left. The quality of the paint used was very poor and was not applied smoothly. The technician did not properly pushback our cuticles or even apply lotion. It has been less than 48hrs and the paint is already chipping off my nails."
