"It’s been a week now, a couple of MY nails were burnt from filing and she says “hurts?” Uhh… yeah, you know it does when you leave it on one spot to long or go to close to the side of my skin.. no apology just kept burning in spots. I have 2 nails that has come off, she painted the white tips on ..rather than glueing the white tips on to begin with when I got home I had to clean off the white polish around each nail from where she was trying to make the French lines. My son was sitting in the chair beside me and she kept telling him “don’t move, let it dry in LED ..don’t touch your mom!” I finally had to say something .. The entire time I was in there they were cleaning and getting ready to leave so I felt as if I was being hurried out. I really do not recommend this place. I knew better! My original nails can be seen on both sides of the nails!"

"Went in for eyebrow waxing and color change on my toenails. Left with a black eye from her waxing my brows and toes looked liked a first grader had been coloring!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had !!! And they had nothing to say about the situation except they would redo my toenails! Oh and put cream on my eye wth kinda place is this!!!"
