"People are great and nice. The water temp is perfect. That’s where it stops. Mold in shower no toilet paper dispenser towel racks broken and unusable. Sink faucet hot water handle is broken. I thought I had the wrong room when I came to shower it was so bad. The fan doesn’t work either so humidity build up."
"They need their diesel pumps inspected. Diesel fuel leaks from the connection, where the hose screws into the handle. Pump 17 was leaking. I'm not sure about the others, but if one is, I'd expect the same from the others."
"Soooo dirty!!!! Parking sucks. Don't park on side of that road either. Police tickets there daily"
"This is a bobtail only sized lot, place is a run down joke. Don’t try to get fuel here or think you’re gonna get to rest. Recommend to Avoid this location at all cost, waste of time(took me over an hour) to just move ten feet. They have the fuel line blocking all the parking places as well, it is one way in and out(loop style)"
"So nasty. I couldn’t even turn off the water at the restroom for men as it is broken. There are people who need water in some part of the Earth such as Africa or Syria. Needed to be cleaned and changed the team members completely. Customer service is so bad. They did not even fixed that after telling them about problems here. The worst branch of Pilot Travel Centre ever."
