"Horrible customer service and the wait is ridiculous. Every time I come here and have to go inside they treat you like trash specially if you are Hispanic. It’s sad to know this particular branch treats you this way, knowing they have a job because of us all. If you cannot work in customer service then why work in a place you need to interact with people. Corporate should really do something about this branch. This is the closest branch to my house and I have to come here every week to make a deposit. It’s always a 15 minutes plus weight time through the drive through."

"Oh my goodness I’m so filled with love and joy that this beautiful ladies that I met At Suntrust’s and can you believe they went above and beyond to make me used their bathroom which is out of use for the public because if they didn’t I would’ve disgrace myself and the worst is I’m with my teenager that we came to withdraw.
