"It all started off bad when the nail tech shaped all of my nails with SCISSORS, making every one of them uneven and crooked. I asked for a Gel Set, she continues to give me Dip Powder nails. I pointed out to her that it is not what I wanted and she tells me “I will cover them up with Gel.” So I was just trusting the process. Mid way I finally tell her to stop because everything is going WRONG, the shaping was uneven and crooked, the length, the nails was all wrong. She continued to keep going after I asked her to stop, it took me to get up and walk off to get out of there. I had to go another nail salon to get them fixed. Will not EVER return."
