"I've been a cosmetologist for 10 years and two things I always look at before visiting nail artists are (1) sanitization (2) cuticle work. I kept Hannah in mind because she talked about sanitization on her Instagram and I saw that none of the nail pictures she posted had red, irritated cuticles. I had the opportunity to visit her for a gel manicure 3.5 weeks ago.
