"I got a full acrylic set. The shape and design was so bad. Felt very rushed and not treated with care. I asked for French tips and received half tips. I ended up repainting my nails myself and filing some bits that were awful. However, the owner herself seems very sweet and genuine but her male staff does not portray the same energy. He was rough with my nails and did not give me good quality service. I was extremely unhappy with how the shape and length came out. My nails feel thick and uneven."

"Terrible customer service. Was made to feel bad because I didn’t like what color my toes were painted. Not very detailed and was not worth 50 dollars for the pedicure."

"This was a mixed bag experience for my daughter and I. She got a manicure from the male and they looked AWFUL. Shorter than she asked for, bad shape and when she asked for 2 different colors on her nails (6 one shade and 4 another) he told her she could only have one even when I said I’d pay extra. My nails were started by who I assume is the mom and finished by him. I was somewhat happy with my pink and white but the white was lower than I would have wanted it. We won’t go back mostly because of the job we got from him."
