"I been banking with Fidelity/Ameris since 1994. I have multiple personal and business accounts. The culture, atmosphere, and personnel at this branch have always been competent, professional, and very friendly. I walked into the branch today and heard "Gangsta" rap music with questionable lyrics playing at teller window. By no means was it in the background; it was in my face. I feel that this is totally unprofessional and exudes a negative light on the entire company."
