"Went there to open a business account. It was only one teller and 2 people in office in which one was about to leave. While waiting until the other bank officer was done talking to a customer the office banker said whats up. No hello how may I help you my first thought was like wow where did they get her from. So we went into the office and she told my NAISC Code was incorrect reflecting Dental supplies and I would have to make an appointment to come back after explaining my schedule. I also said I would update the code when I got home. I got home and my code said 42 / and it was under medical/ dental supplies medical equipment and wholesale merchant trade (423450). I thought that was and tried to attempt an update without processing it and it gave me the same info that I already had. So I went to another branch and they helped get the account open. I was like thank you because that Leslie person apparently didn't want to process the information and wasn't forthcoming on my code in the system. Terrible."

"Only person there. He smiled lots lots lots. I need help he could not do and he informed that there was no one who could.. He said he was the only one there. and the woman that could have helped me just left..We had several words and he kept the smile the entire time..."This not right I want to speak to someone" He continued to smile and smile and I left. "Do NOT put your money into this account! Again- DO NOT PUT MONEY INTO THIS BANK. I have been with them since November. It’s now going on August, and I still have yet to receive a debit card. Even been sent to the branch it’s self. Nothing. I travel for work, I’ve been stranded. Not able to get a hotel, a rental car, even a Uber- with hundreds of dollars in my account. You can’t call at certain hours, nobody is there. And any and everyone worker you speak to BARELY speaks English. To put your money into a bank you’d want them to be a little nicer- hell no. After almost a year of issues, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere."

"Did a small transaction w/ them due to a car dealership having a business account with them my experience was atrocious. I had to call this company over 10 plus times and no one answered.......I mean no one. The call was "VERY IMPORTANT" to verify funds for an ordered vehicle...............even had my credit union calling as well!!! I'll never do business with them and I'm not a regular member of Truist bank at all. Thank you for showing me why, I should remain, "NOT BEING" one!"
