"The greatest muffler shop in the world is run by one guy here in Cartersville. Robbie is incredibly kind, honest, and knows his stuff. I dropped my 2010 mustang off to have the exhaust pipe fixed (snapped in half due to work a previous owner did) and he did the work himself within 40 mins. Not only the best job I’ve ever seen, but the quickest and most incredible price tag I’ve ever had. Don’t go anywhere else. You’ll pay more for way less work. This is a local guy who knows his stuff and isn’t here to steal your money for the work. Attached you can see what was wrong with my car. I wish I had taken a picture of the work he did. I’ll update it when I can with a photo of that maybe in the future."

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! I had called in before to ask if I would be able to come in to get my brakes checked and they told me to come on in, so I did. The minute I walked in, I was not greeted by anyone, and was just standing there for a while until the owner came out in an unwilling manner and told me that he couldn’t take me and basically urged me to go somewhere else. Not sure if it’s a racial discrimination issue, because I am an ethic person. Would not recommend."

"Not very happy with this place. Have tried to get in to have mufflers fixed for 3 weeks but he keeps giving us the run around. He’s busy I get it cause he is a 1 man shop. He said be here in a hour got there within the hour( it’s a 45 minute drive) he says can’t do it come back at 2:30 today. Why not just tell us during our conversation to be there at 2:30 instead of wasting our time and gas money to drive there??"

"The owner is absolutely sweet. It's just him! A one man show. And he's very honest, even while not feeling well and having pretty bad shoulder pain, he continued to work on my vehicle. I offered to reschedule, but he said he could take care of it. He's great on communicating, great on prices, and affordable. I will be coming to him, as long as his shop is open."
