"I am very pleased with this establishment. I’ve been back and forth on changing where I get my eyebrows done for the past few months and today I finally did it and I’m so happy I did. The customer service and my experience was amazing. I dreaded getting any threading services because it was always painful but my experience with these ladies changed that. I got my lip and chin waxed and she went back over it with the thread. I told her I’ll be back next month to get eyebrows threaded due to my last place thinning them out. Thank you ladies. "Skip this place. I went in for a Brazilian wax and the lady literally ripped my skin off. SHE KNEW THAT SHE DID and acted like she didn’t trying to cover the moisture with baby oil and a thick layer of aloe Vera gel. When I got up to get dressed there was so much moisture I had to find tissue to clean up with and realized there was so much blood. She had ripped my skin off. I made sure to include the photo, as a took a pic while still inside the business for proof. I am currently on an antibiotic regimen and can barely open my legs. Please be mindful going to this place. The lady was very nice, but the technique and quality of products they use is horrible!"

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! DO NOT GO HERE. I went here to get a nose piercing with my mom and sister for my sisters birthday on 10-01-2022. Long story short come to find out they pierce peoples nose with EARRING GUNS. So all of ours nose piercings were digging deep into the hole of our nose which caused an EXTREME amount of pain. I got both sides pierced and paid 70$ for garbage work. I ended up taking out the second one because i got an infection. Don’t waste your time here or your money. I still want my money back from pain and suffering."
