"Do NOT get a piercing done at this location. I took my daughter and the woman did a terrible job. It was uneven and obviously a bad job. I called corporate and sent them pictures and they told me to go back for a refund. Corporate was rude and kept cutting me off while on the phone. I went to the store today and the girl at the register had to call the manager on her cell phone to ask how to process the refund. I could hear the conversation through her ear pod it was so loud. I said I need a refund for the full amount I paid associated with the piercing. She ignored me and processed the refund with a $10 difference and quickly hung up with the manager. She hands me back the receipts and I said I need the full amount that I paid. She said no, that’s what she can give me and the difference is for the ear solution. I said absolutely not - call the manager back. She raised her voice and said it’s her day off, I’m not finna call her again. I told her I didn’t care - corporate notified them I was coming. She reluctantly did call her back and the manager told her to refund me. This is not worth the hassle of shopping there and certainly not worth risking a terrible job on a piercing. Stay away from this place!"

"Says they close at 8 but here I am 10 min before 7 (6:50) and the doors are locked. There was an associate standing behind the counter and she just waved as I walked away. Needed a last minute couple of gifts before Christmas. Now I have to drive to north point mall…. Thanks for letting me vent…"

"Kids Shop, but boy, Are they SOUR! I can't remember when was the last time I came accross a sourness like that of December 18, aroud 12:30 pm. 30 something woman.. If you smile, you get a mean straight face, like they're done with People. I think claire's business model is: put non-sale items to the sale area, then tell the customer during checkout that it's full price! I might have asked the 30-ish woman multiple times to confirm if the item was on sale. All she said was something like, "everything you see here". In my opinion, this shop should be voted out of collections if that's possible. Lol. Such dry treatment."

"Horrible customer service. The manager Dee was hostile and rude. I honestly could not have wanted to get out of there faster because that is how aggressive she was. She did not need to be this way and had no reason to treat me this way. It is very concerning that most of their clientele is young children. I would never let my child come to this location after what I experienced today with the store manager (Dee)."

"I would NEVER shop here or get your ears pierced here. I took my 9 year old daughter to have a mommy and me experience. We got our ears pierced. She was so excited. I spent over $100 on the piercings and earrings. My piercings got infected and one of hers did too. She was so sad. I called the store and talked to the girl who answered the phone. She was very rude. She said Claire’s has never had anyone that had gotten infections. Cut me off and told me there was nothing they could do. I asked her about the money I spent and she said I’d have to talk to her manager. I asked her the managers name and she said I’m not going to give you her information. Which is the dumbest comment. I asked when she worked again and she said I’m not looking at the schedule. I was getting mad and told her I was going to call corporate. She said I don’t care. The customer service is pathetic. I went to the store after I got off the phone. This girl had her AirPod in her ear while she was checking people out. She needs to be fired. Rude AF! I’m never coming back ."
