"I have to start my review by saying that this was not my first experience with permanent makeup. I had my eyebrows done about 9 months ago at a different location. After a nearly traumatizing experience with botched eyebrow microblading, I began to consider getting permanent makeup done again. I was thrilled to find Angela! Her reviews were stellar, and the client photos made me believe that she would be able to help me fix my uneven, blotchy asymmetrical eyebrows. I called to schedule an appointment - first impressions definitely matter, and I was pleased with how thorough she was even during that phone call. She was friendly and even sent me coupons and informational links from her website . Fast forward to my appointment today - as other people have already mentioned, Angela's space is small but large enough for her 1:1 appointments. She is located on the frist floor of the facility, and she only takes one person at a time. I filled out and signed my waiver/release form, and then the numbing cream was immediately applied. She waited for about 20 minutes, and then I layed down and she began drawing in the shape. She is extremely meticulous, and even uses the camera on her phone to check symmetry. The entire process from arrival to departure was about an hour and a half. Since I had experience with permanent makeup before, I knew that it might sting a bit, but Angela was really thoughtful and gentle; anytime I felt pain, she would stop and reapply the numbing cream -- make sure you tell her if it hurts! I already love my new brows! The shape is exactly what I had wanted, I'm excited for my touch-up. Anglea told me that the color will lighten, and that I shouldn't worry since people have different skin types that take the pigment differently.
