"The African American older man ruined my tattoo. All he had to do was reshade my tattoo. And touch up a few letters. He OVERDID IT by a long shot. He's EXTREMELY heavy handed. You will know it's him because his tattoos on his arms are just as bad as his work! He did not clean the area. He did not know how to shade. Completely LIED about shading. Shame on him. I now have to live with this trash on my hand."
