"Got my ears pierced a month ago, the service was great and people were very friendly. Went in today due to the loss of an earring and to my surprise, the girl that did the piercing was either irritated that I was back or just didn’t want to help me. She made me feel like I was bothering her. The girl behind the desk was very kind just like the first time we were there. Needless to say I was very disappointed today. My first experience was wonderful and my second not so much."
