"RESPONDING TO YOUR REPLY: When we walked in no one greeted us. You guys had a nasty attitude from the moment we walked in. She even pretended to mistake my navel piercing for a nostril piercing. Unprofessional. I had to be the one to speak just to be seen. Weird. So you are absolutely correct! The name of your business has nothing to do with it, but more about your loser entitled attitude.! Your "professional piercer's" attitude was very unprofessional & rude. Bad for business!!"
