Klean kuts

"This was the first time I got up in the middle of a haircut. The guy was cutting one spot for 10 minutes and I finally asked him to stop so I could see. The fade was bad. I asked the other barber to finish. He didn't do too bad, but he couldn't fix the bald patch in the fade. That's the only reason the rating wasn't a 1. I paid full price $35 for the less than average cut. I will not return. I hope the $35 was worth the bad publicity. Work on your customer service. I think it was the owner who "tried" to fix the trash cut I was given."
