"I was excited to find someone else other than great clips. First time using Sports Clips we had a good and fair experience. Second time coming back my son went to get his hair cut. checked in at 1:45. He calls me back @ 3:24 to ask how they should cut his hair because we were assured that the details where in their system and aren't. I said your just now getting in a chair. I will say with not being there I don't have all the details but it is RIDICULOUS that they wanted that long to get a hair cut. If I would have know that I would have told him to go somewhere else. He was checked with 3 people in front of him and almost 2 hours later he gets seated. More that likely we will be choosing another shop."
