"Imagine moving to a new town, unfamiliar with local barbers and rely on google to point you in the right direction only to be ignored. My son came to this shop before closing, well over an hour if I might add. I’m noticing he is being skipped. Not sure if there’s a booking system in place so that I can better prepare myself in the future. A client came afterwards, only waited maybe 8 or so mins tops. The barber (dread) calls him to come inside. I took the opportunity to ask if there’s a booking system (I guess he realized he’s been skipping my son so didn’t answer) .. I asked 3x’s each time louder than the last & was ignored. So I say all that to say.. if you aren’t friends with the barber and you’re waiting & waiting you’ll continue to wait. He skips client’s whose waited and does favors for those he probably knows personally. It wouldn’t be a big deal if his system was clear & the question was addressed. I swear businesses like being unprofessional so bad!!"
