Reviews
"Exceptional Publix! Very clean, well stocked. For sure one of the nicest grocery stores I’ve been in."
"Every negative review you read on this place is spot on. It has the vibe of a prison the second you walk in. The deli counter will never have your food ready if you order ahead or they will hide it and make you ask for it in the middle of a lunch rush while everyone is preoccupied, your order will definitely be made incorrectly, and on top of that they will look at you like you're crazy if you say something about it. So be prepared to tell your boss why you're late back from lunch on a pickup order. If you look a certain way, you will feel and see eyes on you the whole time you’re in the store, you may even be stopped if they feel bold enough. Management seems much more focused on stopping petty theft than making you feel welcome. The only comparable place to this location is Fulton County Jail"
"Second attempt now to get a sub without the wait, and second time to be utterly disappointed and angry! First time… ordered two subs, one for me and one for my wife. Gave deli the 20 minutes they allotted for pick up and our orders had not been touched! Tickets were visible on the counter. The lady behind the counter asked if I needed help, I pointed at my ticket and asked when my subs would be ready, and she began to focus on another sub being made for a walk-in customer! Didn’t say a word after I had pointed out my order! She finished the sub that she was focused on, and then asked who was next… She began to speak with another walk-in at which point I tapped on the counter and spoke up about my order which was now at the 30 minute mark from ordering online! She rudely snatched my ticket and told me not to tap on her counter!!! My wife and I were now angry and we decided to eat elsewhere!!! Second attempt: Ordered online again and after the allotted 20 minutes, we were happy to find that the orders were ready. Brought them home and the orders were WRONG!!! Asked for the vinegar/oil packets so I could avoid the sogginess, and my Italian sub was soggy on one end and dry the rest of the way! (Don’t give that condiment if you’re going to soak ONE END of my sandwich and leave the rest, dry!) The cheese was wrong, and instead of yellow peppers… there was a small pile of jalapeños in one spot!!! Wife had the Cuban sandwich and it was drenched with tomato juice, the bread was wrong, and it was barely warm, leaving the cheese only partially melted! This is ridiculous and I expected far better than Subway!!! It’ll be Firehouse for us from now on! Added to the fact that our subs have been messed up twice, the employees are lazy and rude! Not to mention unsanitary!"
"This Publix is convenient. It’s clean. They have good stock of their items. However, they serve and package old produce at both the deli counter and produce section. Even some of the produce to buy is old and rotten. Be careful with what you buy from these sections."
