"Spent two weeks waiting for a pair of shoes. When they finally arrived, there were two different sized shoes in the box. The delay in shipping was due to them knowing the incorrect size was in the box, and instead of simply cancelling my order, they allowed this mistake to be sent out. The only solution offered was to return and receive a refund. Now I have to find time to pack them up, drive to the post office, and ship them back out. Customer service is responsive, but offers no real solution. Incredibly disappointed to have my time wasted like this."

"Site Store and Aesthetics are AMAZING! Interviewed with Kate Dempsey for an interview control specialist. Went through two interviews one phone screening and one zoom interview. Got to the final interview with the Owner and rest of Leadership and was completely judged. I felt extremely disgusted and unwelcome after leaving the building. Before the final interview I was made to wait 2 weeks due to them being on vacation. Bills wait for no one, so I was forced to get another job. In the final interview I was questioned if the “passion for the role” was there. It’s not much to a stock role and I knew they were not going to pay me a competitive rate. To add icing on the cake, the owner (of WISH and this extension company) talked to me like I was a hungry dog when she asked me my availability to start. Almost in a mocking manner she kept repeating “Are you ready?! Like right now?! RIGHT RIGHT NOW?!” . Very condescending and Just extremely unsettling. I was almost relieved when I was not chosen for the role."
