"I have purchased 3 dresses for my daughter from here 1 homecoming, 1 for a ball, and 1 for her 15th birthday. The young ladies are super helpful and knowledgeable of what is in the store. The older seemtress lady is helpful in the end with alterations. Prices are amazing. Only draw back is that it is very tight! There are lots of dresses to filter through."

"I was in the store today 2/2/24, And witnessed a supervisor named Paula degrading one of her employees. I don’t know what kind of upper management allows this sort of behavior from their management, but it’s extremely unprofessional and turned me off from wanting to shop in the store. Shame on you Paula for yelling at that sweet young lady. You have no business working in that sort of environment. I think upper management should be aware of who they have employed."

"The store sold me Christian Siriano earrings for $68 and I came home and saw the rest of the little TJ Maxx price tag that they didn't take off. It was sold at TJ Maxx for $12.99 and Queen Custom Couture sold it to me at markup when Christian Siriano is no longer selling earrings at retail. What a greedy store. Meanwhile, the store is cluttered, and racks hard to walk through for dresses up to $500 (with 50% off!) Spending hundreds of dollars, you could make your store look like a real boutique than a cheap one. The dressing room space is tight too. Idk why but the story is always having sales. I wouldn't pay regular price for anything in that mess. The owner would totally take offense to these comments about her store....how unprofessional. Don't pay full price for that kind of service."
