My barber Eduardo was super cool and very precise when cutting my hair, had no troubles while I was having my haircut, definitely looking forward to the next time!!"

"My appointment was completely ignored today and I was skipped for a walk-in. When the barber, along with other barbers nearby became aware of it, they reassured me on 3 different occasions that I would be taken care of and seated within 5 minutes to be cut. Not only didn't my reseved barber ensure a resolution to be carried out, he acted as if it was fine, without me agreeing, to pass me off to a different barber who never showed his face anyway. An hour passed, and I was never seated, nor spoken to again in regard to rectifying the situation. Poor customer service, and might I add, it wasn't the first time... but definitely will be the last."
