"Was Referred By A Friend Wanted To Give Her A Try. Had A 4pm Appointment, And Wasn’t Acknowledge until 4:25. Upon approaching her suite all I said was you gonna show me some love with new customer service, and she instantly got mad!, And Started Making Excuses Of Why She Was Behind. I wasn’t Even Really Pressed, But She Must Felt Some Way, Cause Of The Explaining. She Asked me to leave and even threaten to call the police! She said she didn’t like my energy. I’m Like Really? Then I Proceed To Ask, So If I’m 25 minutes Late Would You Be Cool. She Most Definitely Didn’t Like That Question. This is not about her skills, but Her customer service Is Trash. I Would Suggest You Try Her Out Small Before You Go Big, Because She Is A Stunner On New Customers. Never In Life Have I Experienced Something Like This With A Barber. When Supporting A Black Business Goes Wrong! But They Don’t Want Us To Talk About That. #GottaDoBetter"
