TAY’S CUT ABOVE THE REST Barbershop

"I called Tay on a Friday to book an appointment on Saturday morning. I arrived on time for my appointment and Tay told me he would be with me in a moment. At 9:05, I get a call from Tay advising that he had a personal matter to attend to but it was up the street and wouldn't be long. I left the shop at 9:25 with no updates from Tay. At 9:45 he messages that he's on the way back. He did offer a discount. The fact that he didn't tell me had to leave face to face, as his suite was mere feet from the waiting room and there was no communication for 40 minutes, was extremely disappointing. I would have respected it so much more for him.to tell me that he wanted to reschedule. It felt like a complete disregard for my time, especially since he never apologized for wasting my time."
