"Just wanted my pony tail cut shorter and the rest trimmed and I explained that in detail. Before I knew it my pony tail was gone and the man was starting to cut the rest of my hair up over my ears. It was just like a nightmare. I had to go straight to a Supercuts in Atlanta to get what hair I had left evened out to look as good as it could. It will be months before what I had grows back near what it was. Update: I have changed my rating from 1 to 2 because I went back this morning and they apologized and refunded my money so they are upstanding people that did what was right. It will be a long time before my hair looks descent again, but at least I know it was an honest mistake on their part and they do care about doing good by their customers."

"I came in with shoulder length hair and a raggedy beard and came put with a clean cut and even beard. The dude really knew what he was doing, and did it effortlessly. The place also has a positive vibe with its excellent service and I felt comfortable where I was at. Overall, great service, great haircut. 5/5 will continue to come."
