"Barber did listen to hat I asked for and haircut quality was horrible. Also he wanted to Overcharged me for the cut asking for 45$ just for a fade."

"I am writing to share my very unpleasant experience with "Naycha", who works at this shop. He gave me his card 2 days prior, and when I booked through The Cut app, I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time, yet waited almost an hour before being seated in his chair (he claimed that one of his other clients arrived before me, which was not true. He failed to acknowledge that he missed the appointment through the app, and then proceeded to say that I could have reminded him about the appointment time. He also bragged on his services, and that he doesn't have a photographic memory because he cuts so many people's hair (he actually said that he cut my hair before when he did not). Upon asking what kind of cut I was looking for, he said that I had booked the wrong kind of service, and continued to be very rude and condescending. I then walked out of his chair, because I could not believe that instead of starting on the service that he would actually argue and berate a customer in front of other barbers and patrons. He actually claims that this is "his" shop, but his latest reviews on The Cut app have been one star, mine included. I am severely disappointed in the treatment that I received, and I hope that this complaint is taken seriously. Thank you."

"I get my haircut by Tamara every weak, and my haircuts come out looking sharp and well even. She also washes my hair if needed or if I ask and provides hair moisturizer for my specific type of hair. I love her customer service and communication skills it’s extremely easy to talk to her which also allows me to feel at ease when I’m in her chair getting ready for another cut."

"Nice environment and the female barber (Tamara) is very talented. She's the best female barber hands down. I went in skeptical about allowing a new person to cut my hair because I have a awkward hairline. She had me looking and feeling like a million bucks...LOL. She can cut, braid, twist and even do starter locs. You can't find a hairstylist that can do it all. The only issue I have now is that I don't live in Atlanta so I can't use her on the regular but whenever I'm in town I will skip going to my barber to get hooked up by her."
