"The haircut was alright and an unpleasant experience overall. It felt like there was a constant bickering and that the barber wanted control constantly. This is the first time in my 13 years of getting a haircut that I have experienced a barber be so unprofessional in how they speak and treat a paying client. This barber heavily focused on race and started going off on white people over and over again. I’m not sure why this was an emphasis as he continued to state because he was black that he can say this or that. The dialogue was continuously about him stating his point of views and then trying to silence me when I asked a question or responded. He cut me up really bad on my neck and used harsh chemicals that made my face have a rash.I definitely do not recommend and was the worst experience I have ever had getting a haircut. Lastly, I set an appointment for a razor edge up with my cut and he not once used a razor. In fact he continued to say that the cut was done and rushing me out of the chair. Don’t even waste your time with this barber."

"BEWARE!!!VERY RUDE. Customer service is your only curb appeal and they have none. Whomever answered the phone berated me for interrupting their rendering of haircut services to a present client. I had never called there prior and was looking for a barber. Naturally, when looking for a new barber you call to ask pertinent questions. I was instantly told to go to booksy because I was interrupting him from performing his job. Now imagine me trying to give him business. Perhaps, he should hire a receptionist or an IG with FAQs since he’s so busy. Too busy for my business but I will carry-on and will. ***Update*** Please see the owner’s response, you judge if they got it or not. **In response to the owner, I had “pertinent, individualized” questions before booking an “appointment”. Also, at that time I was not familiar with Booksy. Neither did you mention a virtual assistant. Still, I needed to speak with a human being. Further, if that’s your system you could have a pre-recorded message on an answering machine giving callers explicit details and a way to leave individualized questions. Otherwise, why even answer the phone with an attitude. However, you are NOT the only barber in HUGE Dallas. We found one, the best option, the same day of your mishap. Just check your professionalism even your response to this review has an undertone of rudeness."

"There isn’t enough stars on here to rate this experience. I have been looking for a barber since relocating here and by some faith I stumbled upon Godz Barber Barbershop. This dude a wizard and a master at what he does from start to finish. I literally feel and look like a million bucks and my wife can’t stay off me because of this cut. I really appreciate the customer service, conversation and all the extras that are included in his cutting package. That chair is not meant for ever everybody, it is a was a privilege to sit down and get this 10 star cut."

"Our barber moves and we wanted to find someone who was just as good. There are tons of barbers in Atlanta, but Kam was not only top shelf, but he was fast and good with the kids. Very hospitable and my son wants him to be his barber now. We will definitely be back!"
