"Now I have been going to this barbershop for a number of years. Today when I walked in the barber approached me and told me that he would not service myself nor my family anymore. He cut my sons hair and we all know how important to the youth their appearance is to them, now it’s clear that everyone makes mistakes . He did not cut my sons hair the way it was requested. The haircut look pretty bad, but we know everybody makes mistakes as a result of my sons dislike, and right to voice his opinion over social media. This Barber advise me that he would not service me nor my family again. So if you use his services understand that if any of his mistakes are aired, he will request that you nor anyone associated to you come into that establishment. I think that is one of the most childish things I have ever run across while living in Palmetto for over 40 years. To add to my son’s experience, when he questioned the professionalism as it relates to the barbers skills, he threaten to call the police on this child. I wanna caution anyone interested in anyone entering this establishment and request services. It is highly likely that the same what happened to you and your family. An establishment like this does not need to be in the city of Palmetto. We should explore getting a new Barber Shop in Palmetto. This establishment has run its course in this family oriented city. If you know someone that has a barbershop business introduce them to this community."

"AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST GO TO UNION CITY!!! Donnie the owner has cut my hair, trimmed my husband’s beard and cut both of my songs hair off and on for years. This is not a perfect science so you might have a little uneven or what not BUT TODAY he jacked up my son’s head—line up cut low around two braids so it wasn’t that hard. He has done it before. Not even a whole hair cut for 33.00 on a college student. Come on!!!"

"Awful. He cut my hair and made it very low and uneven. I have to wear a hat or Durag to not show my haircut in public. When I got to ask for a refund he was rude and aggressive saying that I paid for the attempt not the haircut, 33.00 for an haircut not being able to be shown in public. When I ask him does a “professional barber” job to make hair look good he said no I attempt to just cut hair. His work is very inconsistent and sloppy. I advise anyone in the palmetto ga area to not go to him if you are looking for a barber in palmetto."

"This is the place you want to go when you want your hair done right. Ryan has taken really great care of my hair the way I want it. My hair is hard to sheer and cut right. When I decided to try Elite Transformations, let me just say, my hair looks like a million bucks when Ryan finished styling my hair. This place needs more than 5 stars, they need 10!! Thank you Ryan!
