"Don’t go there because you will be disappointed. She use the least amount of hair and will over charge you. The braider’s are slow and you’ll always wait a long time for service. The first time will be good but anytime after the tricky starts. Spend your money elsewhere. The ratings are true and if you ask questions or have complaint, then the owner will talk to you crazy and fuss at you with attitude."

"I have a hard time believing that the owner of THIS shop treated anyone with anything less than the utmost reapect. She is kind, considerate and honest. I called her before i came in to get pricing. Her price was slightly higher than i pay elsewhere and i told her that. She ended up honoring the price I was accustom to paying. I told her i dont want a discounted job done on my head just because she lowered the price for me. She assured me that wouldn't happen. But also told me some realness to, which i respect. Her sister did a great job on my box braids and made them full for me just like i asked. I love Ms. Rose, she has great energy and is genuinely a good God fearing lady. "Horrible customer service...my hair did not come out like I asked for...box braids. I was told it would be $200 which the owner collected before the braids were even finished. I went back the next day, after calling the shop and was told to come back. Once I got there, I was told I would have to wait two more days until they could fix it. I ended up having to work and could not get back until a week later. By now, my neck is hurting because the braids are too heavy. The owner tells me I had two days to return....I went back the very next day and was not seen. All the owner cares about is the money in that salon, not at all about her customers. I saw her let money leave out of the salon after the person had been quoted one price by a braider , only to be quoted a different price once she got to work. The person walked out of the salon and went elsewhere. That should have been a sign to me right then...I will NEVER go back and I tipped the braiders after paying the $200. They should be sued for pain and suffering but I'm sure she'll have an excuse for that too. Now I have to pay someone else to fix what they messed up...NEVER AGAIN"

"The service is horrible. They are never on time and they show no concern for the time of their clients. They take your money prior to finishing so you can't see the finished product before you pay. They stay on their phones and they take breaks to eat while you sit and go hungry because they showed up an hour late to work. This business should not be supported because they do not care about providing quality service or the satisfaction of their customers."
