"I would not attempt to do business with them again. Scheduled and paid in full for an appt. The day before the stylist inquired about my hair, and asked questions about what I was having done. I took the time to share details with her. That was never acknowledged through her texting me. Two hours later, she claimed this service overbooked her and cancelled on me the day before. Wouldn’t recommend due to lack of reliability."
