"Started going here about 2months ago! I have went to sally K from the start and I have a great turn out EVERY TIME! No matter the hairstyle!! Usually no wait , the moment you enter, they ask you what hairstyle, find you a stylist or two and get you seated immediately! Thanks ladies!!"

"Braiders are good & fast!! I rated them a 2 Star because I paid for human hair to be added to my boho braids… IT WAS NOT HUMAN HAIR/HORRIBLE! Not to mention after 3 days it was frizzy & extremely noticeable! I feel this was very dishonest! I had an important event to attend & no time to go back to prove this was NOT HUMAN HAIR! Moral of this feedback; PLEASE check the quality of the so called human hair added to the boho braids… (Also I don’t mind paying for great quality…but this was A #Big Disappointment!"

"I thought long and hard and struggled whether I should leave this review, but I had to. I bought ombre hair, for the only reason that you buy ombre hair - to have an ombre style. Fatima came highly recommended and I was so utterly disappointed and distraught with her lack of skill. I described to her the style that I wanted. After she had done a few braids I was disturbed to see that she was mixing the black and ombre all along the braid. After I showed her a picture of myself with ombre braids, she was like OHhhh! You want the ombre to show! Well, duh!!! I was so disturbed and wanted to cry. Especially since I got there at 8am, there was a "miscommunication" so she had already started braiding someone else's hair. I waited until like 2pm. I told her that I needed to leave before dark and I didn't get out of there until wayyyy after dark. On top of all that, it was her and her sister braiding my hair. Please tell me why the braids on the right side are way longer than on the left? I asked her to curl the ends in a single bouncy curl, she didnt do it and acted like she didn't know what that was when I had already pointed out another girl who had it done. I paid $230, plus I tipped her $20. I hope her and her sister take that $20 and buy a clue on how to listen well and get more braiding skills."

I appreciated the comfortable atmosphere remodeled since I last went and the initial service provided. However, I encountered challenges with communication and pricing consistency during my visit. The staff's communication barriers, especially with non-English speakers, made it difficult to convey my preferences, resulting in an outcome that didn't meet my expectations. Additionally, I found that prices fluctuated, which was confusing and unexpected. I would suggest the owner work on improving communication practices and ensuring consistent pricing policies. Clearer communication between staff and clients, especially when language barriers exist, would greatly enhance the salon experience. In conclusion, while there were positive aspects to my visit, the issues with communication and pricing made it challenging. I would recommend clarifying services and prices beforehand and ensuring you can effectively communicate with your chosen stylist." I would want a credit for my next service!"

"I had an amazing experience I walked in at 7:05 am and I was in my car leaving around 10:10 am! Nikki was amazing there we two people braiding I’m not sure what the second ladies name was but I would definitely recommend. The braids in the picture are considered medium."
