Reviews
"Maybe the worst CVS out there. Never picks up calls, scripts constantly have issues making for wanted trips. Moving everything to Publix or Walgreens"
"Today was the second time recently stopping by this CVS. On each occasion a different female worker at the front engaged me to offer help. Both women were friendly, quick, and walked me through how to save the most with coupons in hand. I have been very impressed."
"Pharmacist wouldn’t take my GoodRX coupon unless I came in the following day so the pharmacist could “run it through again”. Incompetent and furthermore not empathetic to my needs."
"This pharmacy gets worse and worse every month I pick up my scripts. The Pharmacists works at a minimum speed and could care less about patients standing in the lobby waiting on them or their prescriptions. The professionalism held in this facility is at zero. How can they stay open and neglect patients and their needs. Why doesnt CVS hire qualified motivated people with leadership skills? It is a disgrace to the company. Definitely do not waist your time here unless you have to. What a shame the pharmaceutical/ customer service world has become. Shame on you CVS. Tighten up your standards. NOTE~ there is a very nice white middle age woman that has been there a long time and I will say she is the only good thing in that pharmacy!! give that woman a raise!!!"
"I feel badly to complain because the staff in this pharmacy seem overworked and overwhelmed and are lacking in enough help. I am certain this is primarily a Corporate problem. Still, it is aggravating to have virtually no way of effectively communicating with anyone in the pharmacy unless you wait in a long line to chat (in person), and even then - they are likely to get things wrong when you make a 2nd trip back. For example: I require the brand name of one of my prescriptions and often it is filled as a generic even though my doctor has specified “Brand.” Their new thing is to fill a 90 day supply of your prescriptions (which at times can be convenient) but when you just need a 30-day supply there is virtually no way of getting in contact with pharmacy. I can’t even seem to be able to make a change of days of prescription needed in my account on their website. Today, I was outright lied to that my insurance company says I must get a 90-day supply and I had no choice but to purchase the 90 days even though my doctor may change my meds at my next visit (in two-weeks). I called my insurance company member services and they told me that this is simply not true - and I can get a 30 day supply unless it is specifically packaged in a certain amount of days (i.e. 28 days like the prescription companies love to do as a “pink tax” for women). I have been with CVS for years and I am seriously thinking of moving all my prescriptions elsewhere…I rarely vent about these things but I am tired of the lack of service and communication and it only seems to be getting worse. Go somewhere else...vote with your purse!"
