"Bell femmes is hands-down the best hair studio in all of Tallahassee. I’ve been going to Bethany for many many years and I would never go to anyone else. She is so knowledgeable and so great at what she does. My hair is so dark it’s almost black but every six weeks she takes me to platinum blonde. I have had terrible experiences at all of the pretentious salons around Tallahassee because they can’t ever seem to get it right. I feel like they don’t listen. But that’s just what Bethany does she gets it right every single time. She’s a great person to talk to so you really enjoy your time in the salon. She listens to exactly what you want and never tries to pressure you into anything you don’t want or push unnecessary products on you. I used Belle Femmes for my wedding and can’t begin to tell you how wonderful they were. They got everyone done perfectly and ahead of schedule. Obviously they are great at hair and make up but their time management Is also excellent, they are perfect for such an important day. I cannot recommend Belle Femmes enough!"

"I have had great experiences with Reta at Belles Femmes! She has cut my hair for about 2 years now, and most recently gave me a cut I have been so nervous about! I went from below the shoulder length hair to a long bob with bangs, and then to a short funky chin length cut. In about 8 months I completely transformed my hair, and every time Reta made me feel comfortable and confident with my decisions. Her salon is also warm and welcoming, it is a small place that makes you feel like you are part of the family. I highly recommended meeting Reta and creating a plan for your hair. "Reta has been cutting my hair for 12 years. She is brilliant with color and handles the texture of my thick, curly hair with ease. She always recommends great products, shows me how to use them and addresses all of my many hair issues with a smile on her face. She and Bethany are so sweet and caring and do everything to make the salon experience fun and enjoyable. I also love that they use a lot of organic products and are always looking for awesome new products to keep their clients hair healthy without using toxic chemicals. As if their hair skills weren't enough, as makeup artists, they are SO talented.
